1. Запрашиваемая Сторона по ходатай

1. Запрашиваемая Сторона по ходатайству запрашивающей Стороны в рамках настоящего Соглашения принимает на своей территории любое лицо, которое не выполняет или перестает выполнять условия въезда, пребывания или проживания на территории запрашивающей Стороны, если в соответствии со статьей 5 настоящего Соглашения может быть доказано или установлено, что данное лицо является гражданином запрашиваемой Стороны.
