It should be noted also that human life outside of work has a significant influence on his career, is part of [4].In other words, the career is individually conscious attitude and behavior related to work experience and activity for the working person's life.There are two types of careers: Professional and intraorganizational [12].Professional career is characterized by the fact that a specific employee in the course of his career, goes through several stages of development: education, to work, professional growth, support of individual professional skills, retirement. These stages can take worker consistently in different organizations.There are two types of professional career:1. Career Professional (specialized) is a career; is characterized by the fact that a specific employee in the course of his career, it goes through several stages. An employee in the specialized professional careers can pass these stages sequentially as in one, and in different organizations, but within the profession and field of activity in which he specializes. For example, head of Sales Department of one organization became Chief of Sales Department of another organization. Such a shift associated with the increase in the remuneration for work, or with a change of the content of the work, or promotion prospects. Another example: Chief of staff is appointed Deputy Director for human resources management of the Organization, where he works.
