4.6 integration planningThe integration plan defines milestones, measures, time frame and responsible the integration and the subsequent monitoring of the acquired targets. In addition to internal measures, such as the operational integration, training, and if necessary, restructuring etc., external activities such as communication, environment measures, etc. are planned. Essentially, the operating units (Department, central purchasing, HR, IT, etc.) be entrusted with the preparation of the detailed plan at this stage. Essential reference is the business plan created in the DD. Group controlling summarizes planning of part of an integration plan (integration report), which is approved by the Board.
