4.6 Integrationsplanung
Der Integrationsplan definiert Meilensteine, Maßnahmen, Zeitrahmen und Verantwortliche der Integration sowie das anschließende Monitoring des akquirierten Targets. Neben internen Maßnahmen wie der operativen Eingliederung, Schulung und ggf. Restrukturierung etc. werden externe Aktivitäten wie Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Umfeldmaßnahmen etc. geplant. Im Wesentlichen werden in dieser Phase die operativen Bereiche (Fachbereich, Zentraleinkauf, Personalabteilung,IT etc.) mit der Erstellung des Detailplans betraut. Wesentliche Bezugsgröße ist der im Rahmen der DD erstellte Businessplan. Konzerncontrolling fasst die Teilplanungen in einem Integrationsplan (Integrationsbericht) zusammen, der vom Gesamtvorstand zu genehmigen ist.
