Diese Allgemeinen Lieferbedingungen (nachfolgend: „Bedingungen“) gelten aus-schließlich für alle gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Verkäufe und Lieferungen sowie damit in Zusammenhang stehende Geschäfte zwischen uns und dem Besteller. Die Bedingungen gelten somit auch für alle künftigen Geschäfts-beziehungen, selbst wenn sie nicht nochmals ausdrücklich vereinbart werden. Die Bedingungen werden vom Besteller durch Erteilung des Auftrages oder die Entgegennahme der Lieferung anerkannt.
