Here some photos of today, operating theatre nurses assisting seem to have it better under control and more fun than myself having to concentrate very very much. When i see myself i think sometimes when it is very stressful i am not strong enough for my job. But when all goes well I feel like God.

I had a very bad complication today, out of sixty in the last 2 weeks i had 3 complications, 2 i managed well, todays i could not, complication was not caused by myself, a bleeding from brittle bood vessels in an 80 y old in the back of the eye that i could not stop,
that as they saying goes "shit happens" especially to those who do work a lot.

I could not manage the case, patient will have to travel on the ship to Cape Town to see a colleagues with special equipment that I do not have here.

Between operations I went to the bank and send 2000 GBP earned with work.
It is a pleasure to send to you as it was a pleasure to experience an unexpected day with you and Adel in the Tien Shan.

There is no obligation other than you enjoy your time with Adel and feel free like myself and not obliged in any way. I do not sell my emotions for money and i do not likepeople that sell theirs, I do not like to buy people,
