Продавец просил оплатить для снижения цены. Я заплатил за товар ( US $ 21.97 ).
Продавец обещал снизить цену( US $ 20.00 ) - не снизил. Сказал - в выходные не работает .
Я потерял US $ 1.97
Договорились об возврате US $ 1.97 -- через спор.
