Принцип стандартизации. При создании систем должны быть оптимально применены унифицированные, типовые и стандартизованные проекты, прикладное ПО и системные модули. Это необходимо для создания автоматизированных систем управления, коей и является АИС «Паспорт объекта», для которых трудоемкость работ, выполняемых человеком, чрезмерно велика. Типовые проекты при разработке систем управления не предполагают максимальную типизацию. Приспособление типовых проектных решений к конкретным условиям требует много усилий, средств и времени, и кроме того многие типовые решения могут морально устареть. Поэтому типизация должна быть разумной. Уровень типизации может быть различным: от уровня подсистем и выполняемых ими функций до типовых программ решения специальных задач.
Принцип эффективности заключается в достижении рационального соотношения между затратами на создание АС и целевыми эффектами, включая конечные результаты, получаемые в результате автоматизации.
Выделяют ряд дополнительных принципов, применение которых позволяет повысить эффективность разработки и внедрения АСУ:
• первого руководителя;
• новых задач;
• автоматизации документооборота;
• единства информационной базы.
