RapidArc – лечение, которое проводи

RapidArc – лечение, которое проводится при помощи своего рода вращательных движений ускорителя. Обладает модулированной интенсивностью, сокращенно РТМИ. Пока что подобное лечение не слишком распространено.
РТМИ – радиотерапия, которая также задействует компьютерные линейные ускорители, таким образом «наводя прицел» на пораженные клетки рака головного ствола или мозга. Пучок лучей подбирается в соответствии размерам опухоли, так что здоровые клетки можно не трогать, сохранив их невредимыми.
