Сегодня мы сначала в узком составе, а затем в расширенном, с участием руководителей министерств и ведомств, глав крупных компаний, наметили алгоритм дальнейших действий и первоначальные задачи для эффективного восстановления многоплановых межгосударственных связей. Приоритет – выход на докризисный уровень двустороннего сотрудничества.
И это действительно насущная задача, ведь только за пять месяцев текущего года объём российско-турецкого товарооборота просел на 43 процента. Если вспомнить, что в прошлом году спад был 23 процента, 26 процентов, то понятно, что эта тенденция очень печальная. Нам предстоит кропотливая работа по реанимации торгово-экономического взаимодействия. Этот процесс уже запущен, но он потребует определённого времени.
Важным шагом стал визит в конце июля в Москву представителей турецкой делегации экономического блока правительства, её переговоры с российскими коллегами.
Особое внимание намерены уделять наращиванию инвестиций, товарных потоков, реализации перспективных проектов. Очень важно, что нас в этом поддерживают наши деловые круги. После пресс-конференции у нас будет ещё возможность подробно поговорить с руководителями крупных компаний двух стран. Имеем в виду поэтапно отменять введённые ранее специальные экономические меры в отношении турецких компаний, ограничения. По линии Правительства готовится проект среднесрочной программы торгово-экономического, научно-технического и культурного сотрудничества на 2016–2019 годы.
