Methodological framework study is based on a multidisciplinary approach. Study of nuclear weapons requires integrative approach, that is, you want to use a wide range of political, general historical and other methods. In this work were applied method of analysis and synthesis, explored the logical and historical aspects. On the basis of this complex provision was drawn up on the subject of research. Thesis structure evolved from the General to the particular and vice versa. That is, studying world politics of disarmament issue was ssužen to specific existing examples, namely, as Kazakhstan has developed its policy. In this regard, the facts were systematized, studied the dynamics and processes occurring in Kazakhstan, as well as the logical sequence of actions taken. It helped to understand the influence of nuclear factor on the external and internal policy of Kazakhstan and how she cultivated on the world political scene. Comparative-historical method provided an opportunity to examine, as since the advent of nuclear weapons have changed the requirements for the use and dissemination of it. As it known in connection with changes in the international political climate there were new requirements. Contrasting and comparing the history of development of nuclear programs of different countries made it possible to identify a common pattern and feature of the proliferation of nuclear weapons. System approach provided an opportunity to examine the issue, examine the phenomenon of nuclear weapons as a military-strategic and socio-political phenomenon, which is integrated in the system of international relations and that this affected the functioning of the international environment. Was also used political method, i.e. the method of classifying and drawing up profiles. As case-studies or typical example of Kazakhstan was selected. Therefore this method is significant to the analysis of various factors of disarmament. Elements of statistical and content analysis were useful in the study of nuclear doctrines of the nuclear-weapon States, which can be judged not only on the content of the official documents and statements by political leaders, but also on indicators characterizing the evolution of national nuclear forces. Overall, the use of these methods allowed to predict the choices of transformation of the nuclear non-proliferation regime in a changing political and military-strategic views on the appointment of nuclear weapons.
