Мы прилетели в Канкун (PS 401 и DE 2114), провели несколько дней там, но, когда нам нужно было вылетать на Кубу, мы приехали в аэропорт и подошли к стойке регистрации, представители авиакомпании «CUBANA DE AVIACION», которая должна была осуществлять авиаперелет, нам сообщили, что номера билетов, принадлежащих мне и моей знакомой, не могут найти в системе авиакомпании. Сотрудники авиакомпании сказали, что нам нужно выкупить новые билеты и таким образом, я был вынужден приобрести ещё два авиабилета (385 долларов за 2 авиабилета), и совершить авиаперелет за свои личные денежные средства. Обратные перелеты прошли нормально, и мы вернулись в Украину по этих же билетах (номера билетов: 881-2261795850-51 и 881-2261795848-49 ). По возвращении в Украину мы обратились к менеджерам, которые выписывали авиабилеты, а они в свою очередь написали письмо в авиакомпанию Кондор с просьбой вернуть деньги за перелет CU 153, на что авиакомпания «Кондор» ответила, что нам нужно обратится в авиакомпанию «CUBANA DE AVIACION» за возвратом (ответные письма авиакомпании Кондор также Вам пересылаем).
В связи с этим прошу возместить мои расходы в размере 385 долларов, которые я потратил на новые авиабилеты на рейс CU 153.
