В минувшую пятницу нашу область посетили представители шведской компании «PART АВ» во главе с ее президентом и совладельцем Нильсом Лундхольмом. Делегацию принял губернатор Анатолий Артамонов.
В ходе встречи обсуждалась возможность сотрудничества в деле реализации инвестиционных проектов на территории Боровского района, например, строительства модульной гостиницы и создания предприятия по производству «под ключ» ванных комплексов.
Выступая с презентацией компании, ее исполнительный директор и совладелец Антон Лундхольм подчеркнул, что ванные комплексы могут изготовляться для различных категорий объектов - от пятизвездочных отелей до студенческих общежитий. Было видно что калужскую сторону предложения шведов заинтересовали. Это и понятно: строительство гостиниц, общежитий, арендного жилья - это то, что нашему активно развивающемуся региону крайне необходимо. Представители компании готовы поставлять шесть тысяч ванных комплексов ежегодно, а при необходимости могут увеличить их количество до десяти тысяч.
Анатолий Артамонов выразил уверенность, что шведской компании будет комфортно работать на Калужской земле.
