Я только что говорила с главой районной администрации, и он попросил меня , что бы Вы - BIАCC срочно написали официальное письмо на бланке ассоциации на имя главы администрации муниципального образования "Кировск" Кировского муниципалитета Ленинградской области и на имя директора районного дома культуры (имена я вставлю)
Уважаемые .....
Любезно просим Вас направить для участия в ежегодном международном чаоянском карнавале в Пекине шоу барабанщиц .
Пекинская межкультурная ассоциация берет на себя все расходы по проживанию, питанию и транспортному обслуживанию, медицинской страховке и экскурсионной программе.
Карнавал проходит в период с 08-13 февраля с.г.
Будем Вам благодарны, если Вы сможете обеспечить расходы по авиаперелету для участия коллектива по маршруту Санкт-Петербург-Пекин-Санкт-Петербург.
