Продавец продал, а Покупатель купил на условиях СИФ Самара следующее оборудование в полном соответствии с технической характеристикой и в комплектации согласно Приложению 1.
Оплата всей суммы производится в течение 30 дней с даты получения Покупателем счета Продавца и при отсутствии обоснованных претензий у Покупателя.
Все банковские расходы по инкассо оплачиваются следующим образом:
расходы банка страны Продавца – за счет Продавца;
расходы банка страны Покупателя – за счет Покупателя;
Поставка по настоящему контракту должна быть произведена не позднее 2 июля.
Оборудование должно отгружаться в экспортной упаковке, соответствующей характеру данного оборудования.
В случае, если опоздание в поставке превысит 2 месяца, Покупатель имеет право отказаться от контракта.
Стороны освобождаются от ответственности за частичное или полное неисполнение обязательств по настоящему контракту, если оно явилось следствием непреодолимой силы.
