Кухня Индии имеет свои особенности, она тоже претерпела некие изменения под религиозным направлением. Так как на севере Индии живут в основном мусульмане, то кухня там близка к кухне Ближнего Востока и Азии. Там в пищу употребляют часто мясо и предпочитают злаки и хлеб. А вот индусы, которые проживают на юге страны, больше склонны к вегетарианской пищи.
