Аннотация
В соответствии с заданием разработан проект – завод железобетонных конструкций для производства подстанционного железобетона, мощностью 18500. м3 в год, расположенного в городе Оренбург.
Из числа существующих способов формования железобетонных изделий, для производства длинномерных изделий - свай, стоек, лежней, ригелей выбрана стендовая линия и агрегатно-поточная технология производства для остальной номенклатуры подстанционного железобетона.
На основе анализа технической литературы и технологических расчётов сделан выбор современного высокопроизводительного оборудования, которое позволит производить изделия качественные и надежные в эксплуатации длительное время.
Осуществлены компоновка производственных цехов, выбор конструктивной схемы зданий и их рациональное размещение на генеральном плане предприятия.
Определены основные технико-экономические показатели производства.
