Für Lieferungen und Leistungen an Besteller im Ausland gilt als vereinbart, das alle Kosten der Rechtsverfolgung durch den Lieferanten im Falle des Zahlungsverzuges des Bestellers, sowohl gerichtliche als auch außergerichtliche, zu Lasten des Bestellers gehen.
