Stress is a natural reaction of the human body is aimed at coping with life changes. When we are under stress, our muscles tense, our breathing becomes shallow and adrenaline is released into the blood. It helps us to focus and gives us the strength to survive in difficult situations. Stress is sometimes good because it keeps us alert, but it's bad for the heart and of our overall good condition, if a lot of stress. Fortunately, very often we can avoid stress and we can learn how to cope with it. When I feel stress, for example, when I need to do a lot, learning to sit exams or organizing an important event, I try to do a lot of aerobic exercise, or listen to some quiet music. This usually helps.
