Метод Броуновской динамики (БД) является предельным случаем метода ЛД с большим вязким трением. В этом случае инерционным членом в уравнении движения Ланжевена можно пренебречь. Методы ЛД и БД применяются обычно для рассмотрения движения полимерных молекул в разбавленном растворе, поскольку в этом случае достигается наибольший выигрыш от пренебрежения молекулами растворителя при переходе от явного к неявному растворителю в системе.
Мы планируем в данном проекте комплексное применения вышеперечисленных методов для повышения достоверности результатов, получаемых относительно структуры многокомпонентных биологических систем и синтетических полиэлектролитных систем сложной архитектуры и состава.

Brounovskoj method (database) is the limiting case of a method of LD with high viscous friction. In this case, a member of the motion Equation 3 Langevin can be neglected. LD methods and database are applied usually to consider motion of polymer molecules in the diluted solution, since in this case achieved the greatest gains from neglect of solvent molecules in the transition from explicit to implicit solvent in the system. We plan this project integrated application of the above methods to increase the reliability of the results obtained on the structure of multi-component biological systems and synthetic Polyelectrolyte complex systems architecture and composition.
