во обратиться самолично или через своего представителя кКороне с прошением овыдаче приказа "Хабеас Корпус" на­чальнику тюрьмы. Получив этот приказ, начальник тюрьмы был обязандоставить арестованного к судье, которыйпрове­рял обоснованность егозаключения под стражу.

Хабеас Корпус Акт — это важнейшая гарантия граждан­ских прав и свобод в Англии. Согласно емуни один свободный человек не мог быть подвергнут аресту без достаточных на то оснований.
