Доброго времени суток. У меня есть учетная запись в скайпе Gennadij341. Заводил еще в 2013 году. И как бывает обычно один раз ввел пароль поставил галочку, чтобы он запомнился и автоматически входил в скайп при запуске. Недели 2 назад сын входил с моего ноутбука в свою учетную запись скайпа и теперь автоматическая авторизация моей учетной записи не работает. Пароль естественно не помню. Пробовал восстановить через мою почту на мэйл.ру, на которую заводился мой аккаунт скайп, но письмо о восстановлении пароля не приходит. Проверял папки спама и нежелательной почты, там тоже пусто. Обращался в тех поддержку на наглийском, заполнял форму обращения и ничего. Уже пару дней тишина. Мне очень важна моя запись, там много контактов с которыми я общаюсь. Помогите восстановить доступ к ней.
