Здравствуйте! Я сделала заказ 24 июня, товар отправили 3 августа. 12 октября его до сих пор нет, хотя в гарантии доставки указано, что товар придёт от 15-50 дней. Продавец плохо шёл на контакт, когда я ему писала. Его магазин на AliExpress закрыт. Я обращалась в службу поддержки, мне посоветовали открыть спор. Я его открыла и продавец тут же написал мне. Он заверял, что товар скоро придёт и просил закрыть спор. По его просьбе я закрыла спор и жду товара. Но его до сих пор нет. Я написала продавцу с просьбой продлить хотя бы "защиту покупателя", но продавец не отвечает уже 4 дня. Он не реагирует никак. Пожалуйста, помогите. Я боюсь, что никакой товар мне не придёт, а это мошенник.
