Метод ланжевеновской динамики (ЛД)

Метод ланжевеновской динамики (ЛД) очень близок к методу молекулярной динамики и отличается от него тем, что в уравнения движения Ньютона вводятся два дополнительных члена, описывающие с одной стороны трение полимерных молекул об окружающую среду, а с другой дополнительный стохастический член, позволяющий поддерживать заданную температуру в системе. Поэтому метод ЛД иногда называют методом МД с ланжевеновским термостатом. Метод ЛД позволяет рассматривать движение полимерных молекул как в явном, так и в неявном растворителе.
