Besteller im Sinne der Bedingungen sind ausschließlich Unternehmer. Unternehmer ist eine natürliche oder juristische Person oder eine rechtsfähige Personengesellschaft, die bei Ab-schluss eines Rechtsgeschäfts mit uns in Ausübung ihrer gewerblichen oder selbst-ständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit handelt. Verbraucher ist hingegen jede natürliche Person, die ein Rechtsgeschäft zu einem Zweck abschließt, das weder ihrer gewerblichen, noch ihrer selbstständigen beruflichen Tätigkeit zugerechnet werden kann.
