Please explain.  The company will indeed be providing Management Services to Gezana Consulting Limited.  Through a Non-Disclosure Agreement which you can find attached.  In real terms, Ocrast will be searching the market
for opportunities for Gezana.  It will be evaluating these opportunities, perform due diligence for the parties involved in order to lower the risk of failure to Gezana.  Please note that besides the promotion of Gezana and marketing (the Beneficial Owner
of Ocrast has the experience and ability to perform), due diligence, as well as the financial advisory will be performed by freelance partners.  Any agreement signed by Ocrast with the party that will undertake a certain task will be deposited to the bank
immediately.  Moreover, please note that trading was indeed mentioned in the meeting.  This is though, a future scenario that we are currently evaluating without any substantial information at the moment.  In case this will move forward in the future the bank
will be notified beforehand.  This is something we currently have in mind but does not necessarily mean that it will happen through Ocrast Holdings Limited.
