Учитывая вышеизложенное, суд находит установленным тот факт, что сведения о границах земельного участка Палкова С.А. внесены в государственный кадастровый номер ошибочно, а Сидорова С.С. была введена в заблуждение относительно расположения приобретаемого ею земельного участка.
