Когда ты используешь Western Union для того, чтоб переслать кому-то деньги, они спрашивают тебя имя и фамилию получателя а так же страну. Взамен они дают чек с кодом, который нужно сообщить получателю.
Когда я прихожу получать платёж, я должен сказать этот код, сумму и лишь потом показать свой паспорт.
