Ist mit einer Selbstbelieferung nicht mehr zu rechnen (z.B. durch vertragsbrüchiges Verhalten, Insolvenz oder Zerstörung der Produktionsstätte unseres Lieferanten) oder ist die Ware auch nach Ablauf der neuen Lieferfrist nicht verfügbar, sind wir zum Rücktritt vom Vertrag berechtigt und werden die Gegenleistung des Bestellers unverzüglich er-statten.
