Здравствуйте. Товар был отправлен 28.04.2015 в пути уже больше 60 дней и до сих пор его нет. Номер не прослеживается выдает ошибку (не существует такой номер отслеживания). Несколько раз продлевала защиту покупателя. Прошу вернуть деньги в полном объеме.
