Во время прохождения теста на долго

Во время прохождения теста на долгосрочную память, нужно было запоминать в течении 10 секунд: слова, цвета, количество квадратов, какой цвет отсутствует или находиться рядом с заданным цветом, в какой цвет было окрашено название определенного цвета, номера станций и прочее. Из 12 вопросов, на 3 был дан неверный ответ.

Во время прохождения теста на кратковременную память, нужно было запомнить 12 слов, за неограниченное время. Из максимально возможных 12 баллов, я заработала 8. Это говорит о том, что моя кратковременная память не работает полноценно, со средней мощностью. Но ее можно улучшить, используя определенные методы.
