Это дисциплинирует и дает дополнительный стимул к учебе. Необходимо использовать современные достижения в той области, которая преподается. Ведь неинтересно изучать какое-нибудь устройство двадцатилетней давности при наличии современного аналога. Результаты своих научных исследований тоже необходимо приводить в лекции. Когда я был студентом, мне нравились преподаватели, которые рассказывали не по бумажке. Еще, мне кажется, преподаватель должен быть доступным, чтобы студенты могли задать ему любой интересующий их вопрос, как по предмету, так и о жизни.
