Я работаю в отделе кадров уже 10 лет, устроилась сразу после окончания института. Ежедневно провожу собеседования на разные вакансии. Быстро закрыть вакансии получается редко. В ходе работы встречается много интересных людей. Сегодня провела 4 собеседования на 2 вакансии. Закрыла 1 вакансию. 3 кандидата на подошли под наши требования.После собеседований сходила пообедала и немного прогулялась в парке рядом с работой. После обеда зашла на hh.ru и просмотрела много разных резюме,интересные показала руководителю, мы с ним согласовали список кандидатов для проведения собеседований на завтра. Сейчас составляю отчет о вакансиях для руководителя. Затем займусь оформлением приказов на отпуск. После составлю план работы на завтра и пойду домой.
