4.7 Integration
The integration success according to post-closing planning. The main fields of action are the
legal, organizational, commercial, technical, human resources, information political and cultural integration of the targets (milestones, responsibilities and actions are predetermined). The progress of the integration is to be documented by process owners (usually management) and to communicate in a regular basis. Group Controlling gathers this information and prepares them depending on the objective for the Management and Board of Trustees on (Integration Cockpit).
For continuous process improvement in M & A activity brings group controlling after completion
