4.7 Integration
Die Integration Erfolg gemäß Post-Closing Planung. Die wesentlichen Handlungsfelder sind die
rechtliche, organisatorische, kaufmännische, technische, personalwirtschaftliche, informationspolitische und kulturelle Integration des Targets (Meilensteine, Zuständigkeiten und Maßnahmen sind vorgegeben). Der Fortschritt der Integration ist vom Prozessverantwortlichen (i.d.R. Geschäftsführung) zu dokumentieren und in einem regelmäßigen Turnus zu kommunizieren. Konzerncontrolling sammelt diese Informationen und bereitet diese je nach Zielsetzung für Vorstand und Stiftungsrat auf (Integrations-Cockpit).
Zur stetigen Prozessverbesserung bei M&A-Aktivitäten holt Konzerncontrolling nach Abschluss
von M&A-Projekten Feedback der eingebunden Kollegen ein und optimiert sukzessive die Abläufe und Dokumente für den M&A-Prozess
