1) Общие: где сейчас работает, над какой темой и т.д.
2) Планирует ли реально приехать в Россию и когда?
3) С кем? Семья?
4) Где планирует жить?
5) Что организационно необходимо для работы: место, количество пост-доков, магистров, реактивы и т.п.?
6) и тп.

Основной вопрос: точно ли он собрался приехать в Россию, поскольку достаточно много выигрывает, но мало кто реально потом приезжает.
Жду отчета о собеседовании.
