In order to process your package and verify that the transaction is legitimate, you will need to provide a screenshot OR scanned copy of ONE of the following options:
The Original Transaction from your Bank (Please send only the details of the transaction), OR
A picture of the credit card used showing the name on the card AND last 4 digits only
Please respond directly to this email with the requested information within (3) business days to avoid cancellation.
A 3D Robotics representative will verify the necessary documents against your order. After reviewing, we will destroy the information provided. We will not keep this information on file. This is a one-time verification for safety purposes. If we notice your information has changed and our system identifies your transaction as suspicious, we will notify you again.
If you are uncomfortable or unable to provide this information, we will refund your payment to the credit card used in the order. You may submit an alternative payment through PayPal, Wire Transfer, or Check. Please notify us if you would like to submit an alternative payment method, so that we may send you indications on how to submit your payment.
